Transgender people frequently face discrimination and are turned down for jobs. People who have jobs frequently make far too little money.
At Sathkruthi, we strive to alter this perception by giving the transgender population equal access to mainstream livelihood possibilities and enhancing their socioeconomic position.
Sathkruthi is on a mission to open doors for transgender people through programmes that educate companies about the LGBTQIA+ community and provide employment training and placement.
It was a long journey, and it did not happen overnight but it will happen. We strive to uplift the transgender community by giving them jobs and stopping them from begging.
